SYNOPSIS
Alyssa Meadows, a worker at a local home improvement store, returns home one evening to her home invaded by burglars. A bad night gets worse when, after accidentally killing one, an angel appears before her and tells her she is destined to die. Alyssa takes exception to that and saves herself, only to find out that angels don’t like destiny being messed with. She finds herself shunted off to an alternate world filled with magic and monsters to preserve Earth’s future.

About Vacant Throne
Vacant Throne is the second story wrote. Much more experienced after Void Domain, I think it came out rather well. My writing flow improved drastically and I thought that, overall, the story is much stronger than Void Domain’s. I have an overall positive view of the story and most people seemed to like it better than my previous work.
That isn’t to say that it is perfect. I do have to be honest in saying that it has some flaws. Most of my negative thoughts on the story are summed up in the Author’s Note, but it contains a great amount of spoilers, so I would just start reading from chapter one and decide for yourself!
